This website is operated by Flow Gadgets (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2023/690233/07 ("Flow Gadgets", "we", "us"). By placing an order on this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 ("CPA").

Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include all mandatory fees. Flow Gadgets is not currently registered as a VAT vendor, so no VAT is charged on any order. The price shown at checkout is the total amount you will pay, excluding any applicable delivery fee.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order through this website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected item(s). No contract of sale exists until we have confirmed receipt of your payment. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in which case you will be refunded in full, if a product becomes unavailable or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Delivery

Orders have an estimated delivery of 3–14 working days depending on the delivery option chosen, from payment confirmation. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed, as they depend on courier partners outside of our direct control.

Cooling-off period

In terms of section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 ("ECTA"), you have a statutory cooling-off right and may cancel this transaction within seven (7) days of receiving your goods, without reason or penalty. Please see our Returns Policy for the practical steps and logistics involved in returning a physical item under this right.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or this website.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by, and will be construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
