Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when your order will be delivered once it leaves our suppliers, and what to expect at each step between payment and your parcel arriving at your door.

Delivery fees

We offer free delivery on all orders of R650 or more. For orders below R650, a flat delivery fee of R85 applies. The applicable fee, together with the delivery options available for your order, is shown at checkout before you complete your payment.

Fulfilment & dispatch times

Flow Gadgets Store products are fulfilled from our vetted network of international suppliers rather than from local warehouse stock, which lets us offer a wider range at better prices. Once your payment is confirmed, orders are handed to our fulfilment partners and dispatch within 1–3 working days. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays, so orders placed just before these periods may take slightly longer to leave our suppliers.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 7–14 working days nationwide, and every order is delivered by courier right to your door regardless of where in South Africa you're based. If you'd rather not wait, express delivery via DHL is available as an option at checkout and typically takes 3–7 working days instead. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed, as they depend on courier and customs partners outside of our direct control.

Tracking

As soon as your order dispatches, we automatically email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel's progress all the way from our supplier network to your door, with no need to request an update from us.
