Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds work at Flow Gadgets Store.
Change of mind
If you simply change your mind, you may return an unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. In this case, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, you qualify for a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice, at no cost to you. This must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery so that we can arrange the fastest possible resolution.

Refunds
All refunds are issued to the original payment method via PayFast within 5β10 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
